Speaking On Behalf Of Spg 46-39 (Opposite Sunlit Advertising)

June 9, 2009 – 5:34 pm

6th June 2009. A “private” party was held by a resident of an apartment (white) in our Simpang. It won’t be a problem if they did not shouted like animals after 12am. You people kept shouting and screaming. The problem is after making calls to the police they were still playing their live band even up till 1:30am.

What do we have to do to stop these public nuisance from happening in the future? This isn’t the first time that the residents of that apartment have held such parties. Yes we all know that you are celebrating your friend’s birthday, have you not thought about the privacy of others. With your music playing throughout after midnight, have you not thought about young children who needs sleep?

Yes so what if the next day is a Sunday. it does not give you the right to wake the whole neighborhood up. If you had done in your own apartment and not out in the parking lot by your apartment it would have been a different story. So please be considerate in the future. You know who you are? You are an inconsiderate idiot!

  4. to zouk. In respond to you post http://brudirect.com/index.php/20090608552/HYS-Topic-Of-the-Day/speaking-on-behalf-of-spg-46-39-opposite-sunlit-advertising.html
if this was the “monkey cave ages” i bet you will be the first to be inducted into the “hall of fool”
reading your reply it just goes to show that you are a person without any rational thinking.you are fed up with people complaining, why not think of others first before you go on waking others

yup if there was seriously a cave, i would seriously recommend you moving into one, so that you can party whole day and night long without disturbing the peace of our neighborhood.

yes we can understand if it’s a “private” function/celebration.but your’s isn’t. your live band and music is utter rubbish that should be discarded into sungai akar dumpsite.it sounded like cats and dogs “mating” and your endless scream and shouts at night sounded like you guys are high on “idiotness” and “malas ku ingau” attitude.

yes as the residents of our neighborhood we should exercise our “rights” and engage the ketua kampong to step in and silence these irresponsible people once and for all. the police have tried their best still the residents/host of that party are just ” i dont give a damn” attitude. when the police left, they continued on playing their music till 2am waking the whole neighborhood without a care in the world.

    cheers.

  5. to lancer.
we’ve called the police several times. infact the police was surprise even. they did send patrol car there and the “party animals” were advised to stop.i guess they did, only for several minutes, and they continued playing again.
on that night alone, i believe that other residents of our neighborhood did call the police.

    to diva
thanks for the “moral positive” reply.

    and to zouk
if you are reading this, please be considerate in the future.yes you can play and dance and scream, but do it in your apartment. and please tone it down right after 11pm. i am sure that the other residents in your apartment are angry with your irresponsible behavior.to have to put up with your antics is undesirable.
there’s no point for us all to have a heated confrontation and violence does not necessary solve any matters.
so in the future,if you really want to party hard and care less, look for a cave to party in. i am sure you are educated enough to understand that your behavior and comments are tasteless. you are old enough to think what’s right or wrong unless you are suffering from a mental deficiency that defines you as a “immature adult” or should i say.. a BABY

    cheers

  6. I know exactly how you feel about the inconsiderate people that play their karaoke until the early hours of the morning.

I am about to go into my 13th night of loud music with people who think they are the next Brunei Idol!!!! They scream the lyrics at the top of their voices, the same song can be screamed three times in a row. As Lancer says this is an Islam country where people are taught to respect others.

    What has gone wrong????

The police have been called out on several occasions by myself and people who live in the neighbourhood. But as you say they turn the music off for a few minutes then start up again, and continue night after night. This to me shows total disrespect to the authorities as well.

Being a foreigner in this country I am horrified at the disrespect of these people to their fellow countrymen, neighbours and the authorities. I think the authorities must start laying the law down and issueing on the spot fines if these people do not aheed to the laws.

Any advise from any people in authority that can advise all the suffers of late night karaoke revellers would be appreciated by us all.

The worry to me is that more and more people over here are starting to become “addicted” to this pastime and soon the “abode of peace” will be shattered by so called karaoke singers screaming away trying to outdo their neighbours!!!!!

HELP US PLEASE BEFORE ITS TO LATE.
