June 21, 2009 – 2:50 pmwhy new staffs being located to unnecessary places?med and surgical ward needed more staff than the EMAS placement. great oppourtinities or new recruits should advtise thru bulletin in search of EMAS staff. new staffs take their course 3 years and a half doing studying all about NURSING CARE, NURSING PRACTICES, and have attachment MORE in WARD rather than in EMAS. so my question how can it be, learning 3years and a half ended to EMAS placement that is not a good decisions. we teachers are not teaching or encourages our X student to be in there. such unpleasent and bad news make it a very poor decisive action in MOH.
