Apa hukum nya semasa lepas smbhyang magrib hingga isya atu, dtempat masjid arah ku perhati kan para ajk jemaah masjid memakai micropon membaca alquran kedengaran terlalu lantang didalam mahupun dluar masjid, activiti ani dipuji pulang dan berpahala, akan tetapi mcmana jika menganggu jemaah lain yang hendak beriktikaf dimasjid, berzikir dan sembayang sunat sementara menunggu waktu isya. kadang2 jemaah ani baibun dan tertawa serta bercakap2 sesama mereka mengunakan pembesar suara. The requirement to register and login only deter potential as well as present and previous submitters to think twice whether to submit their posts or not. I am not sure if the name of this site should be maintained as "Have No Fear! Have Your Say" because the bottom line is these extra requirements push people away. This is the first post I have submitted to this site since the new requirements were introduced. I know this site is watched by a lot of Government establishment to see if there is any issue posted related to their establishment and from there they would act upon it. I would like to express my concern regarding the types of garbage vehicles that the local companies are using in Brunei. I am seriously concern on the health and safety issues. I have noticed that some local garbage collectors are using what we called "pickup trucks" to collect the rubbish. Are the authorities aware of this or just simply ignoring this? Hello......don't you think this is a threat to the environment (like if you understand this)? Are you guys doing your job or just spend half of your time relaxing or (minum kopi)? Look at the garbage trucks. Are there actually legal on the road?????? Half of the garbage trucks I have noticed were poorly maintained. Unpleasant liquids were seen dripping off along the highways and roads. How long does it take for the authorities to act? Also, stop pushing (top management) around the blame instead get your fat ass to enforce strict measures......! I am ever so slighty confused and have come to realize this is quiet a large debate. "Vinegar is used in so many recipes and almost ubiquitous with food in general..... there are so many types of vinegar with different flavours that can be used in cooking to help flavour radically. So i'm wondering what vinegars are exceptable, apple cider? red/white wine vinegar? even malt derives from beer..... also rice vinegar? So what are exceptable in an Halal restaurant? They are sold here and contain no alcohol although there names relate to there orgin. So can anyone enlighten me please on this matter. ...

Forget the future planning which may take decades, what important is now, it seems like there's no short-term planning or backup to improve this kind of problems. I have to click the repair button for thousand of times in order to get back the connection or to unplug and plug back on the cable and keeps on refreshing pages until I give up on it. Therefore, it took me at least HALF AN HOUR just to open up my mailbox! Downloading file? ...FAILED! How can you provide such services which is not worth a price? If the only reason is because there's not much Internet Service Provider(ISP) then stop getting more and more subscribers with your whatsover advertisement campaign which may only creating so much problem with the connection. Mengapa bantuan BISTARI bagi penuntut yang cemerlang dan kurang kemampuan ditarik balik tanpa pemberitahuan kepada ibu bapa mereka?....ada anak buah saya seorang pelajar yg cemerlang tapi hidup dlm kemiskinan mendapat bantuan BISTARI pada tahun 2007. sewaktu pemberian diberikan ibu bapa mereka telah pun diumumkan bahawa bantuan anak ini akan diberikan sehinggalah anak ini tamat pengajian sampai ke peringkat University. Namun demikian perkara ani nda saperti yang dijanjikan..penuntut ani mempunyai semangat dan angan2 udah kan minta dermasiswa belajar melalui BISTARI tapi segala perbelanjaanya sudah ditarik balik tanpa apa2 alasan.
