Canceled passenger tickets without informing them due to their internal issues and the passengers had to suffer without even any apology from them but instead accused for buying illegal tickets without even investigating first. Anybody would opt to go for cheaper cost if it is offered to them! Is it wrong for me to have a friend to offer me cheap tickets? I even received a valid original online RBA e-ticket! Than two months later, I received a rude call from RBA staff questioning me how I get the ticket, how much etc. So I explained how I got it which is the truth. Few days after that my ticket was canceled!! Don’t think we are going to keep quiet about this.
Flight delays with no reason which causes complication for passenger by not informing passengers which causes them to miss their connecting flight. Like one case where the airport staff assured the passenger that their luggage would be transferred and even the staff based at the departure hall assured that the ground staff would be waiting. Upon arrival to Singapore, the ground staff has no inclinations, info or instructions but they do have for one “orang putih” who was assisted efficiently! To make it worst, the passenger luggage was only delivered to passengers two (2) weeks later. This was also due the passengers own resourcefulness!
