kenapa masih ada sebilangan manusia yg nda pandai memikir kesusahan urg lain?puas tah hati urg atu,urg bawahan nya kna buang kaja disebabkan uleh fitnah nya.nda ia bepikir yg urg ane ada tanggungan.nda ia bepikir yg urg ane bukan urg sanang mcm ia.yg mmbri gigitan,urg atasan membuat keputusan tanpa usul periksa.adil kh tu?.mentang2 lah ia supervisor,suka-suka hatinya saja kan menipu&memfitnah guarding biasa.sepatut nya ia yg lebih bpangkat & lebih berpengalaman atu,mengajar&menunjukkan contoh yg baik rh urg bawahan nya,bukannya kan menindas urg bawahan.ia mengucap urg escape kaja,padahal ia sendiri yg slalu escape kaja.puas bah urg bawahan teliat ia escape,bejaur memakai keta company lagi tu.siapa th yg bnr nya nda menjalankan tugas dgn baik ni??mohon sangat2 rh 'company' ani,kalau kan membuat keputusan atu,biarlah diperiksa dulu hal atu,sama ada banar atau inda.jgn kan membuat keputusan melulu.bagi kamu yg be'usin gaji beribu atu,nada masalah bagi kamu..pikirkan tah urg yang gaji damit ani,ada tanggungan lagi.apa tah ......

SMR AND HSE Dear SMR and HSE: Please take note; this is about the safety of 100+ Personnel On board of Armada Salman. As one of the P.O.B of this vessel, I felt unsafe and life threatening when I saw the Captain of this vessel was smoking inside the Bridge (command and control of the vessel). During the HSE monthly meeting was held - one of the P.O.B did ask about smoking in designated area (as cascaded by the M.D) thus asked the Captain whether the Bridge is a designated smoking area. The Captain feedback to us that the SMR permitted him to smoke in the bridge (special pass for him only) Question is…. What make him so special until the SMR agreed to let him to compromise the safety and the 12 Life Saving Rule? He is still a human being that can make silly mistake and sacrifice other ......

Perihal kami Guru Relief Hendak berkata-kata mahupun berdiam diri, tiada setimpal, diri hanyalah umpama seekor semut, dipijak mati. Lebih setahun sudah kami berkhidmat sebagai GURU RELIEF, namun tiada perubahan, tiada perkembangan, tiada diperdulikan dan tiada yang ingaukan kami siapa. Lebih setahun bekerja umpama guru yang bergaji hari dan bulan. Namun siapalah diri kami hendak berkata-kata, menerima seperti yang diarahkan, semata-mata mendapat ganjaran yang setimpal seperti yang diharap-harapkan, namun setakat ini pihak berkenaan hanya menutup mata memekakkan telinga sahaja, tiada hati mereka ingin tahu mengenai perihal orang bawahan mereka, tiada kepintaran mereka. Semoga hidup kamu dirahmati wahai orang atasan kerana menutup pintu rezeki kami.
