Electronic Shop Selling Faulty TV

January 4, 2012 – 8:34 am

I bought a plasma LG TV at an electronic shop located near the Hua Ho in Gadong a few week ago. After receiving the TV to my house, I notice a lot of problem, like burn-in and vertical line on the screen.

So when I returned to the shop, I found out that the shop had sold me the TV that was on display, and not the brand new. When asked to fix the burn-in problem, they told me it doesn’t cover in the warranty. I am really up set how they do business like this. I will not recommend anyone buying stuff from here anymore.

Habis-habis pun report polis ganya.

  4. My comment is that R&T is only just a reseller as the main distributor of LG is from AIFA. I suggest you complaint straight to his boss, Frankie Ngu or his deputy Irene, as his salesmen have no authority in making decisions.

Or, you could straight complaint to AIFA , Perindustrian Lambak Kanan look for their boss, Mohammad!
