Assalamualaikum.. d sini ku kan curhat memgenai ni nah telbru ar..complain ku dari bulan 6 pasal nada conection sampai ani balum lagi ada tindakan.. mana tia tindakan abiskita atu.. 2 bulan sudah ku menunggu ni.. d telipon balik2 sudah. di follow up lah buat remark lah kan menelipon balik lah.. tapi nada.. tebuat ku inda membayar krg sekajap sampai surat keumah.. technician biskita dtg keumah mcm sibanar mencek sampai menyuruh kediaku ke telbru airport lama utk ngambil telipon baru.. sudah ku kesana durang langsung nda tau papa.. mcm kana palui2 kan aku atu..pandai bnr kamu membuang masa ku eyh.. kenapakan makin teruk service ani.. bulan2 yg ku bayar atu yth gaji kamu jua tu.. au paham ku tu kaja kamu atu banyak.. bukan aku soang gnya kan kamu layan.. banyak lagi kan kamu layan tu.. tapi sampai bila ku menunggu.. 2 BULAN nda siap kaja kamu kah.. bek tah pikir2 ......

Assalamualaikum, aku ni kan minta pendapat kamu apa perasan kamu kalau ketua jabatan/atasan/section inda adil dalam melaksana kan tugas nya? ani terjadi di jabatan L, muara ia ani ketua dalam jabatan ani kira org "lama" lah ada lagi saudara nya (anak buah nya) keraja sma ia. masalah nya ketua ani selalu mendefend kan anak buah nya ani. contoh nya kalau ia ada buat salah dalam kaja nya besai tu di tagur nya, tapi kalau kami bari ejap ia. bukan saja atu yg ku paling panas hati anak buah nya atu org baru baru bekeraja di jabatan atu baru 2 tahun, prestasi nya lagi cermerlang tu dua kali berturut turut. Pasal anak buah nya ia sangup buat catu sedang kan ia masih baru, patut kah tu? Salam kepada semua muslimin dan muslimat dan selamat hari raya. Di sini aku ingin berkongsi mengenai dengan Espeed ani, bulan lepas talian Espeed dirumah ku ada mengalami kerosakan dimana internet tidak berfungsi selama dua minggu. TelBru ada menyediakan langganan customer care 111, aku pun terus menelefon untuk bagi aduan mengenai espeed yang tidak berfungsi selama 2 minggu atu. Masa ku menelefon atu, bini2 mcm perumuran 40an atu kali menjawap dengan suara malasnya dan tidak berapa ambil tau, jawapnya saja "bah ada urg kami kesana tu nanti", kira jawapannya tu nda confident samada org diorang datang atau inda. Atu boleh ku maafkan lah pasal sudah ku buat aduan arah diorang. Tunggu punya tunggu masih jua balum ada diorang datang kan sebulan sudah, ku cuba kol lagi diorang tapi kali ani laki2 menjawap kira sopan lah caranya melayan segala aduan ku bagitau atu dcatitnya, diceknya yang aku pernah ......

Gambar orang anie macam meluas ada di rumah2 masani. Ku rasa dalam sepuluh buah rumah yang ku aga termasuk rumah2 sedara terdekat dan kawan2 rapat, 4 buah rumah akan ada mempamerkan gambar orang anie. Apabila ku tanya siapakah orang anie bisdurang inda pulang kenal kedia anie. Ku pikir tah datuk ninik bisdia. Ada seorang dua mengatakan yang gambar anie membawa tuah ke dalam rumah orang yang menyimpannya: Murah rezeki, mengelak dari bala bencana seperti kebakaran atau dimasuki pencuri. Banar kah cematu?? Firsly, I am ever grateful to His Majesty for granting the "Elaun Sara Hidup' for his citizens to enjoy during this festive season. May Allah repay HM for his kind consideration.However, it has to be said that some have been unfortunate for not having received the allowance as promised. There is quite a percentage of the citizens who have been affected. Mainly those whose allowance or salary have been overpaid while undergoing service training. May I also stress that this is overpaid allowance/salary and not cosnidered as 'hutang'. While making the initiative to call the relevant officials who deals with the release of this 'elaun sara hidup' we were quite frequently referred to the Surat Keliling which dealt with the 'elaun sara hidup', especially at Paragraph 3. We are all very much aware that before the allowance can be released all 'hutang yang tertunggak' must be deducted. Although what we are shocked to find out about is that our overpaid salary/allowance (which I have to say was 0% not our fault), is also categorised as 'hutang' as stated in Para 3 of the said surat keliling. Please note, we did not want or agree to borrow money from the government as is the procedure with cars or housing debts. Further, that para stresses that cars and housing debts which has a 'fixed schedule' which has been agreed by the government is exempted from these deductions. Funnily enough we also have a fixed schedule and deductions have been made from our monthly salary and bonuses. Just because the title 'elaun terlebih bayar' is not typed into the surat keliling that it is justified that it is not inclusive? Fair enough, electricity and phone bills are deducted as expected, but it is very shocking to see that we have zero left from ......

I wish all Bruneians a very happy and Blessed Eidl Fitr, Selamat Hari Raya Maaf Zahir dan Batin. May Allah accept your good deeds, forgive your transgressions and ease the sufferings of all people in Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kashmir, Palestine and around the globe. Islam seems to have replaced communism as the common enemy of the West and hence the so called clash of civilization of Huntington, seems to be on course. The Umma is going through one of the severest and deepest crisis in its 1433 years of history due to disunity and weak Iman. Let us hold fast to the rope of Allah swt and cherish the Quran and the Sunnah of Rasulullah-saws. We have to forget and forgive the shortcomings of our brothers and sisters try to achieve ......

I don't know about you but I for one am wondering why in this day and age where internet speeds are measured not in single digits but 10's or 100's of Mbps. Brunei's internet speed has not changed much in years, and is lagging behind the rest of the world significantly. Assalamualaikum BD readers aku ni masa 23hb Julai ada mengorder barang dari ebay tempatnya d US. Sampai ani 8 August alumtah ada sampai2nya barang atu.. sekali ku balik2 ku tanya seller atu ku msg.. nada ya pandai merespon.. ada dlm 5 6 kali ku msg.. yatah ku bukakan tia pat case arah ebay atu yg barang ku oder alum receive sama penjual atu nada merespon kediaku.. ada pulang trackingnya tampat post usps atu yatah menahan ganya d los angeles usps memanjang..nada update2 apa yg ku ingaukan masani ijapku pasalku adukan buat case d ebay atu barang yg ku oder atu kana tahan.. padahal barang atu sebenarnya otw dah ke brunei.. persoalannya.. nda papakah tu ? kesian deh aku ni baru2an kali ah kan ngudar barang dr luar negeri ani..apanya urg.sakai.. :) dan soalanku lagi.. selalunya berapa lama barang dari us sampai k brunei.. dan paling lama berapa lama batahnya ? tolongtah ku dih siapa ......

I will share with you my experience up to date. I called regarding a similar incident which was reported on 17th July. I had called 121 to complain about my e-speed line and also my modem which needed replacing. I was told by the operator that it was a weekend and tech support would not be available until the weekday and they gave me a ticket number and asked me to wait until someone comes over. 2 Weeks later still no one i went to Telbru Headquarters together with my modem as i knew it needed replacing and purchased a new one. They gave me a brand new 'TP-LINK' adsl2/router a different one from the previous hwa wei router i had before. I came home to test out the modem and kept getting intermittent connections meaning every few minutes or so i would be getting no internet at all. So i came ......

Dalam berapa bulan ani, keadaan internet broadband adalah dalam keadaan yang teruk terutamanya di kawasan Sengkurung, Jerudong dan Kilanas. Kalau di kawasan Sungai Tilong lebih dari setahun sudah. Bila di telefon operator/perkhidmatan teknikalnya, dengan selamba saja membagitau, network congested ataupun rangkaian penuh/sesak! 1: Kalau tau sudah network congested, apa improvement yang kamu sudah buat? Sampai berbulan bertahun langsung nada perubahan? 2: Kami subscribe yang kamu panggil UNLIMITED punya plan, so far kan setiap malam nada connection langsung membuka google pun 404 atau melayunya inda dpt di buka. Outlook pun nda mampu download email. UNLIMITED internet or UNLIMITED nada internet yang kamu sediakan ani? 3: Awang/Dayang, kami pun bekeraja macam kamu jua. Bukannya seorang dua orang brunei ani berurusan sama syarikat atau pun kerajaan di luar negeri. Putting eligible oversea scholarship candidates to local institution that does not offer the course that they applied for is unfair. Moreover, placing them in random courses that has nothing to do with their interest in the local institution is like forcing an ostrich to fly. Many of us overseas scholarship candidates have a good course that will benefit the country in many aspects but still the ministry replied that the courses have no market in Brunei. Hearing that was such a pathetic answer, some of us are taking degree courses that will help Brunei plan and design new renewable energy sources and still they did not accept it, why? Whos going to plan all of this when there is no one qualified to do this? Foreigners? Is it because you do not have any trust to your own local students? You are tieing us down and blocking our potential to grow in different industries. How are we going to achieve the 2035 goal "well-educated and highly skilled people" when we are limited to a few degree course mostly to what "they" think is beneficial (Example Oil and Gas). Brunei needs to have their people explore in different expertise to innovate, not just putting a whole bunch of people doing the same thing. We worked hard for the past years,specifically since we could talk and walk, to make sure that we get the grades to be able to pursue our degrees, we already have everything set even our position is already secured in our universities. If the ministry wanted more people to go in a specific course, they can persuade and advertise to current students to add the course as an option for them, not by just putting random students into courses that they did not even apply for and leaving them with ......

Salam... Tentang cuti hari raya yang dipanjangkan dari 2 hari ke 3 hari.. Yang menjadi kemuskilan saya adalah, cuti tersebut hanya untuk government sahaja? Dan bukan untuk sektor swasta??? Ditanya pihak mana-mana tetapi jawapannya tetap sama "inda tau a".. Sampai di pejabat Buruh pun inda tahu.. It’s depends on boss di syarikat tersebut or what? Hi, I just want to know, "WHY" we P.R. (permanent resident) cannot apply for the housing scheme? We P.R. some also don't own a house and need to be rental. And the rental is cost a lot, the cheaper at least also need to cost $600 and above not include utilities a month. If we P.R. have family like 2 - 4 childrens, we P.R. need to pay for the childrens school fees, rental house, utilities bills, etc a month and with a low income a month. If we P.R. also can apply for the housing scheme and use the rental to pay for the housing scheme will save a lot of rental for us P.R. to pay for others things and at last we have a house to stay on not to afraid to find/look for a rental house every times if the landlord say want to take back the rental ......
