ROAD DAMAGED
January 8, 2013 – 8:23 amOur Simpang 165, Kampung Bebatik Kilanas used to be very peaceful Residential Area with a beautiful Road and environment, until a new tenant moved in.
It’s no longer a Residential Area But a Construction Ware House storing all Construction items as Store.
It Doesn’t make much noise but damage the Beautiful Road into an Off Road due to heavy equipment, lorry and Trailer carrying heavy loads entering the Simpang.
There are cars parked along the Simpang and it has become a one way Simpang, not to mention heavy vehicles or containers are parked just outside their entrance.
We Residential of the Same Simpang were Frustrated with the Road being Damaged and we were wondering if the Ware House has “Permit To Work Policy” or is it Approved by Authority by using Residential Housing as Ware House.
Are businesses like this allowed to operate in residential areas? Where can we lodge a complaint against this situation that we are now forced to endure?
